It was a long time in the planning but Edina finally has a community garden. There will be 55 garden plots opened up on May 18th at the Yorktown Park near the Southdale YMCA. Along with the garden plots, there will be parking, a water source and fences to keep out the potential four legged invaders. Each plot is 10-by-10 foot and costs only $25 for the season.
